I’ve been trying to be a bit more conscious about how I spend my time before bed lately. A few weeks ago, I realized I was spending at least an hour every night browsing porn videos just because I was too tired to commit to a movie or a book. It started to feel like a mindless routine that was actually making it harder for me to fall asleep. I finally decided to leave my phone in the living room after 10 PM and switched to reading paperbacks instead. It’s been about ten days, and I honestly feel so much more refreshed in the morning. Does anyone else feel like their digital habits are more of a "sleep delay" tactic than anything else, and how do you break that loop?

I was just browsing through the "Recent Activity" feed while waiting for some files to finish downloading and saw this topic. It’s quite interesting to see how the forum has shifted toward these more personal life-balance discussions recently. I remember when most of the threads here were strictly about hardware builds or software patches, but it seems like everyone is starting to focus more on the "human" side of the internet. I don't have much to add to the specific subject, but I appreciate the civil and thoughtful tone everyone is taking here. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual technical troubleshooting rants I have to moderate! Stay balanced, everyone.
